Lost or Damaged item. For lost items a replacement will be sent once it is declared lost by the delivery company. For damaged items please contact me with photos that clearly show the damage. Photos of the packaging is also required showing any damage that could have occurred in transit so a claim can be opened with the delivery company. A replacement will then be sent. Processing Time Processing time is 3 working days, that is the time it takes for your item to be made. The estimated dispatch date is shown on your receipt. If you would like to update your order to be shipped sooner please message me. I will do my best to accommodate your request however during busy times it might not be possible. Upgrade to faster shipping All orders to the UK are sent tracked. All other destinations are sent International tracked. It is with regret that returns or refunds are not possible on personalised orders unless they are defective, faults, marks, holes in fabrics etc. Please double check spellings for personalised orders before placing the order as replacements or refunds will not be given if the personalisation was entered incorrectly. Please contact me by message if you would like to discuss a custom order. Care instructions All clothing is machine washable. A care card is included with all clothing and blanket orders. Gift wrapping and packaging A gift note can be included with all orders. If required please leave details in the text box at the checkout. It is with regret that I don't offer a gift wrapping service however blankets come wrapped in tissue paper in a cardboard postal box. All other items are wrapped in tissue and/or cellophane and packaged in an envelope or postal tube.
